We’ve got a big Solo weekend planned!

Saturday’s annual Novice Autocross School is almost full, and we have a great curriculum planned.

I’ve printed a nifty pocket-sized notebook for the students and instructors to keep notes for the day.

Sunday is Solo Event #2 for 2010. See you at the track!

This is our first time using Axware to manage our points series. We might tweak a few things here and there to keep things simple for our volunteers.

Edit 2/7/2010 12:03pm: clean up a few things, and ran the “Re-Accept Staged Timing Data” and “Reset All Run Numbers” in Axware. That looks like it cleared up the issues.

10am @ Snee Chemical Co on Pespi Ave., Harahan, LA 70123 Zephyrs Stadium

Hi everyone, since we didnt get to have on this year, we will be passing on a January event and utilize this time off to rearrange and clean up the trailer. We need as much help as possible and I would like a head count of whos coming so we can designate duties to people. If your able to make it please let me know either by post of pm. Ill figure out whos doing what as time gets closer and if theres anything needed for the day of.

Ill be detailing this in the next week or so, but thanks to all that helped make this such a great year, and lets keep this going and make 2010 a blowout.

Edited: the wicked cold front hitting us this weekend is a bit much for us warm-blooded Southerners. We’ve postponed it until thing thaw a bit: no sense in making our volunteers miserable. -Benson

The January meeting for TLAC is coming up on the 16th, and our TLAC Reps need to know what the membership wants out of the series in 2010. Delta will holds it’s awards banquet on January 16, 2010 at the Grand Buffet located at 800 South Clearview Parkway, Metairie, LA (Near the corner of Clearview and Jefferson Highway).

Dinner will begin at 7:00 PM with awards being handed out at approximately 7:30PM. Come on by and enjoy a meal with us and congratulate Delta’s 2009 award winners.
