We’ve changed up the bylaws a bit, updating them so the club can operate more efficiently. Per the older bylaws, they are being made available for member review.

A printed copy of the 2008 bylaws will be available for review and comment at the March 18 General Membership Meeting. The 2008 Bylaws will be voted upon by all members present at the next General Membership Meeting on April 15th, 2008. Per the current (2003) bylaws, a 2/3rd quorum of members present will be required to put them into effect. We currently operate our charter under the 2003 bylaws.
